Annual Delegate Election

The governing documents provide that Delegates are elected annually by the members of the increment, and the Delegate shall exercise the voting power of all members in the Tract.  The Delegate will cast the increment’s votes and elect the Board of Directors at a Meeting of Delegates in January. 

The Proxy/Ballots will be counted and tallied by the Inspector of Elections; and the results of the election will be announced at the Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, October 20, 2022. Please mail your ballot back to Action Property Management in the envelope provided. The Inspector of Election will call the meeting to order at 4:00pm.

Your voting choices include only one of the following:

  • Vote for the Candidate or Write-In Candidate,  
  • Designate your vote for Quorum Purposes Only,
  • Designate your vote to the Board of Directors to cast as they deem appropriate,
  • Designate a specific individual to cast your vote.

Please cast a vote so that quorum requirements can be achieved for your Increment. At least 10% of the Membership of the Increment must cast votes to meet the quorum requirement. If an Increment does not achieve quorum the Association will incur the costs of a second mailing.

Please mail your Proxy/Ballot in time for it to be received no later than October 19, 2022, at 5:00 PM.

SPECIAL MEETING- SEPTEMBER 8, 2022

The Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 5:00pm to review and discuss the 2023 Reserve Study prepared by Advanced Reserve Solutions. The associations Reserve Specialist, Steve Jackson will be present to answer any questions the Board may have. A copy of the meeting agenda can be viewed and downloaded off the Action Property Management Resident Portal. The location of the meeting is posted on the agenda. This meeting is open to the membership.

Tampered Mailboxes & Mail Theft

Recently there has been several reports made throughout the association of mail theft activity. Individual homeowners should first report mail theft, tampering or vandalism to 1-877-876-2455 or online at postalinspectors.usps.gov. Below are a few tips to consider which you may find useful:

  • Submit an Architectural Application to Action Property Management requesting to replace your existing parcel box with a heavy duty, locking parcel box. Include a photo of the box you are requesting to install with a detailed description.
  • Leaving the red flag up on the side of the box advertises you have mail. Some may encourage not lifting the red flag.
  • Communicate with your neighbors. Consider staring a Neighborhood Watch Group.

July 4th Street Faire and Fireworks Spectacular

The Mission Viejo Activities Committee will hold the Annual Street Faire and Fireworks Spectacular on Olympiad between Marguerite and Melinda. The fun begins at noon with live entertainment on the Main Stage and youth bands performing on our Freedom Stage.

All members are encouraged to log on and utilize the Action Property Management Resident Portal. Members can review and update your personal account information on the portal, review account information and download a copy of your account ledger, review and download association Board Meeting Minutes, Meeting Agenda’s, Policies and Forms, and Governing Documents as well as the associations yearly budget.
