Proposed Association Property Tree Trimming and Removal/Replacement Request Policy & Form

Pursuant to Civil Code §4360, the Board of Directors will be considering adopting the proposed Association Property Tree Trimming and Removal/Replacement Policy and Form at their meeting scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2020. The purpose and effect of the enclosed policy and form is to provide a procedure for members to follow if they are requesting an association tree be altered beyond what is required or necessary during normal maintenance. If you wish to make any written comments on the proposed “Association Property Tree Trimming and Removal/Replacement Policy and Form” please email your comments to Senior Community Manager, Tiffany Kaldenbach no later then December 7, 2020 at 5:00 pm so they can be delivered to the Board prior to the Board Meeting.  Alternatively, if you can attend the Board Meeting, your constructive comments will be considered by the Board of Directors prior to its making a decision on the proposed policy.  Any and all comments made at the Board Meeting will be subject to the standing rules of the Board related to member comments at Board meetings.

The proposed “Association Property Tree Trimming and Removal/Replacement Policy and Form” can be found on the Action Property Management Resident Portal by logging on to resident.actionlife.com. You can view the document under the “Policies & Procedure” tab. Or, you can view the notice starting Monday, October 26, 2020 on the community bulletin board located off Antela in increment 5a.
